Program details (updated):

  • Payments are sent out once a month, for the previous month’s sales
  • You will receive 25% of completed sales. Completed sales are those sales that have not been reversed or refunded or under review.
  • If you do receive payment for a theme that is refunded or reversed at a later date, you agree that you will allow us to reverse the payment, or if you are an affiliate in good standing with a history of sales, we will simply deduct the amount from your next payment
  • Your PayPal account must be Verified to receive payments
  • You are not allowed to use the affiliate program for your own purchase, however we do allow you to make purchases for your clients.

Payment Withholding

In the rare event we see activity that we feel may be suspect of being fraudulent, we may withhold  commission payments for up to 180 days.  We reserve the right to exercise the added bit of caution at our discretion. This is to ensure that we do not make payments to affiliates, prior to PayPal refunding the money back to the buyer. We will contact you prior to withholding your funds to give you notice.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time, at our discretion. In order to preserve the integrity of our affiliate program, we will terminate accounts that are suspect of fraud or violating our terms.  You will receive notice prior to having your account terminated.
