  • Please read the documentation that accompanied your theme purchase. It is included in the root folder as a PDF document.
  • The free  support services we offer are only for paying customers. In other words, if you purchased a theme from us, we will help you when applicable.  If you are not a customer, you will have to pay for our services.
  • Please keep in mind that the following support topics are not answered via this service:
    • WordPress Installation, customization or administration
    • 3rd-party plug-in support or compatibility
    • Theme customizations
    • Installation into an existing site
    • Support once customizations to this theme have been made
    • If your request falls in these categories, please check out our services page, for our rates and offerings.
  • Services that are included are:
