Payment & Delivery
Our files are digitally downloaded via E-junkie’s servers. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with download instructions. You should receive the email with minutes of processing (Check your SPAM folder too). If you do not receive a download link to your email within 30 minutes, please send your PayPal ID number to payments@alohathemes.com.
End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement is a binding legal agreement between you and Bernadot Studios, LLC (DBA alohathemes.com). Purchase, installation or use of any WordPress theme provided by alohathemes.com designates that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined below.
Support
We provide support for theme installations only. All customizations and modifications require paid services. We will provide support to a single user, for a single domain for each theme purchased with support. If you choose to purchase a theme without support, then of course email support is not provided. We offer the no support option for those who are already familiar with WordPress themes.
Theme Licensing & Use
All themes sold on alohathemes.com are released under the GNU general public license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html). In a nutshell, you can use our themes as many times as you want with a single purchase (no developers licensing here). There is no requirement for footer links, and you can rebrand the themes however you see fit.
Fonts are not GPL Licensed, but are commercially licensed by their respective authors. We have purchased a commercial license for use within our themes. Fonts are copyrighted, and may not be redistributed in any form, reverse engineered, or used outside of the theme you purchased. Please obtain a font license from the font vendor if you wish to use the font in a manner outside of our terms. This includes “.swf” files included within our distributions.
Theme Updates
Themes are guaranteed to work with the version of WordPress stated within the features of each theme.
Updates to themes, to make them compliant with future versions of WordPress, are not guaranteed, but will be available as free upgrades to current users. You will receive a link in your email if such an upgrade occurs.
Future versions of themes will require additional purchase.
Refund Policy
We offer a 3 Day Money back guarantee on all themes – no questions asked. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Warranty
Our themes are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress for the version(s) specified in the specs. Once our themes have been altered, modified, customized, or addtional applications / plugins have been added, we can no longer guarantee the theme will work and nor are we responsible to get the site working. We aim to have our themes compatible with most popular plugins, so please let us know if you experience an issue. We don’t guarantee a fix, but we’ll help as best as we can.
